MidiKros一次性中空纤维膜过滤器设计用于小容量切向流工艺分离,是适用于100ml-3L批量处理的实用设备。
对于不希望有颗粒形成的应用来说,此系列组件是离心装置的理想替代物 MidiKros组件通过蠕动泵提供液流,同时中空纤维膜灌封在聚砜外壳中。 MidiKros 组件用于实施工艺放大、可高温高压灭菌,表面积从22-610 cm2不等。还有灭菌型规格可供选用。
料液从进口泵入,切向流过膜腔表面,然后从组件另一端的出口流出。大多数液体和成分从出口流出,回到样品容器内,但一小部分将透过膜,成为滤液。
