概述

DW系列带式干燥机工作时将所要外理的物料通过适当的铺料机构，如星型布料器，摆动带，粉碎机或制粒机，分布在输送带上，输送带通过一个或几个加热单元组成的通道。每个加热单元均配有空气加热和循环系统，每一个通道有一个或几个排湿系统，在输送带通过时，热空气从上往下或从下往，上通过输送带上的物料、从而使物料能均匀干燥，

When DW series belt dryer works, the materials to be processed are distributed on the conveyor belt through appropriate laying mechanism, such as star distributor,swing belt,pulverizer or granulaor,and the conveyor beltis composed of one or several heating units.Each heating unit is equipped with an air heating and circulation system,and each channel has one or several dehumidification systems.When the conveyor belt passes, the hot air passes through the materials on the conveyor belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top,so that the materials can be dried evenly

原理

干燥段分成若干单元，每一单元的热风独立循环，由下往上穿过铺满物料的不锈钢网带，带走物料水份。网带缓慢移动，物料运行速度可根据物料温度调节。干燥后的成品连续落入收料器中。

The drving section is divided into several units.The hot air of each unit circulates independently and passes through the stainless steel mesh bel covered with materials from bottom to top to take away the moisture of materials.The mesh belt moves slowly,and the material running speed car be adjusted according to the material temperature.The dried product falls into the feeder continuously.

用途

用于透气性较好的片状、条状、颗粒状物料的连续成批干燥，尤其适合于含水率高，且具备热敏性能的物料，如脱水蔬菜、中药饮片等。可干燥经造粒或制状后的脱水滤饼类的膏状物料。对于含水率特别高的物料，可用多台串联形成流水线。
