可以生产单种原料的针刺毡，也可以生产多种原料混合的针刺毡。
标准卷装产品的宽度是160cm 到 220 cm，华顶也可以根据可以要求的宽度进行定制，大的宽度可以达到350cm。
克重的范围是200g/m2 至2000g/ m2 ，密度的范围是0.08g/m3至0.40g/ m3 . 而厚度的范围可以达到1.2mm至4.5mm.
无纺针刺毡可以以三层复合的形式生产，有无底布均可。
所有的针刺毡都可以加PTFE覆膜。
有多种覆膜和后处理方式。
