    SuperView W1三维光学轮廓测量仪是利用光学显微技术、白光干涉扫描技术、计算机软件控制技术和PZT垂直扫描技术对工件进行非接触测量,还原出工件3D表面形貌宏微观信息,并通过软件提供的多种工具对表面形貌进行各种功能参数数据处理,实现对各种工件表面形貌的微纳米测量和分析的光学计量仪器。

    SuperView W1三维光学轮廓测量仪只需操作者装好被测工件,在检定软件上设定物镜倍率和测量模式后点击“开始”按钮,光学物镜会对工件表面进行自动对焦和非接触扫描,并按设定的位置进行测量,软件界面会实时扫描物体宏微观表面形貌;扫描结束后,操作者可通过分析工具对生成的3D形貌进行分析,得到如轮廓、厚度、粗糙度、体积等多种表面形貌测量分析数据。

    该产品具有精度高、使用方便、功能强等优点,采用非接触式传感器扫描技术,用于对各种产品和部件的表面形貌特征进行测量和分析,它比传统的探针式轮廓仪操作更方便,测量精度更高。

    由于采用非接触无损的测量方式,避免了对被测物体造成划痕和磨损,尤其适用于各种柔软材料、易腐蚀材料和传统方式无法检测的表面形态测量和分析。

    还能够对各种表面的工件和材料从宏观到微观的进行长度、高度、间距、水平距离、垂直距离、角度、圆弧半径、表面粗糙度等几何参数进行亚微米、纳米级测量和分析。

    系统软件为简体中文操作系统,操作方便。
