我公司生产的库底水泥散装机主要用于散装水泥及其它粉状物料。库底散装机安装于水泥料仓的底部，供汽车、火车及船舶的罐形容器装料。库底散装机从上至下由 “手动螺旋闸门”、“下料阀”、”中间接管”、“散装机”共四部分组成。手动螺旋闸门主要用于设备检修时关闭闸门与料仓隔断，正常使用时打开；下料阀用来 控制散装机装车时的水泥落料状态：中间接管轴向尺寸可根据水泥厂总体设计情况按用户要求制做，以适应不同的水泥料仓高度空间；散装机为其主体设备，其下料 头伸缩长度为1.6米，以适应不同车型的装车要求。
