The 2024 AABC was held from December 9th to 12th local time at the Las Vegas International Convention Center in USA. As an expert in advanced materials innovation and dispersion, Shangshui participated in the conference and delivered a keynote speech, showcasing the latest research and development achievements and technological strength to the world.

12月10日下午,尚水智能首席科学家石桥博士发表“Manufacturing Processes and Equipment for Battery Electrodes: Past, Present and Future”主题演讲。石桥博士从电极制造的重要性展开,从电池设计、电池化学、极片微观结构等方面分析了影响锂离子电池性能的关键因素。
On the afternoon of December 10th, Shangshui Chief Scientist Dr. Qiao SHl, delivered a keynote speech titled "Manufacturing Processes and Equipment for Battery Electrodes: Past, Present and Future". Dr. Qiao SHl elaborated on the importance of electrode manufacturing and analyzed the key factors affecting the performance of lithium-ion batteries from aspects such as battery design, battery chemistry, microstructure of battery electrode sheet.
石桥博士重点介绍了行业发展历程,传统的电极制备技术难以适配电动汽车和储能系统等大规模电池市场。目前,尚水智能开创的捏合式高效制浆系统(Kneomix)、循环式高效制浆系统(Vorlenmix)、连续式高效制浆系统(Contomix)三条制浆路线,分别适配批次混合工艺、半连续工艺、连续工艺等不同工况,有效地解决了效率低、能耗大等传统工艺难题。
Dr. Qiao SHl emphasized the development history of the industry, stating that traditional electrode preparation techniques are difficult to adapt to large-scale battery market like EV & ESS. At present, Shangshui has pioneered three routes for slurry preparation : Kneomix, Vorlenmix and Contomix, which are suitable for different working conditions like batch mixing, semi continuous, and continuous processes, effectively solving traditional process problems such as low efficiency and high energy consumption.
此外,针对聚合物纤维化法技术路线设备存在混合均一性、纤维化、极片一致性等痛点难题,尚水智能可为客户提供粉料混合、粉料纤维化、辊压成型等干法电极工艺与设备解决方案。
In addition, Shangshui can provide customers with dry electrode process and equipment solutions such as powder mixing, powder fibrosis, and calendaring and compositing to address the pain points of mixing uniformity, fibrosis, and electrode consistency in the polymer fibrosis technology route equipment.
